Christiamilda Correa & Rajeeyah Finnie



Christiamilda Correa is an actress, writer, and founder of The Movement Theatre Company. She received her degree at NYU, Tisch School of the Arts (B.F.A. Drama).  Her primary studio training was at the Atlantic Theatre School, Experimental Theatre Wing, and Stonestreet Studios. She graduated at the top of her class from McNair Academic High School and magnet program at New Jersey City University Visual and Performing Arts High School. Lifelong resident of Jersey City, NJ in a Borinquen household, the youngest of three daughters - wepa!
Rajeeyah Finnie-Myers was born and raised in Miami, Fl.  Having witnessed the power of the arts as a choreographer, dancer, actor and audience member; she is inspired by work that transforms our way of looking at community.  Since 2008, Rajeeyah has been involved with a number of TMTC projects including Jack, Blacken the Bubble, Roots of Rap and the reading of we are misquoted texts… and looks forward to further growth with the company’s support through the Ladder Series.
